Lola Ganzarolli is an international soprano, songwriter, performing and recording artist. In London she trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and at the Royal Academy of Music, and she has also studied at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory and in Vienna.

After meeting tenor Vittorio Grigolo in Zürich she went to the Veneto to study with his voice coach, Maestro Danilo Rigosa, who encouraged her to write her own music. Her aunt, the actress Lydia Shubina, honorary artist of Russia at the Yermolova Theatre in Moscow, is a lasting influence.

She has performed across the UK and internationally, from the Musikverein in Vienna and the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London to the Shostakovich Philharmonia in St Petersburg and the NCPA in Mumbai. A three-time finalist of London’s Future Classic Women Awards (2019, 2021, 2023) and winner of the first prize for singers at “Romanzata a San Marino” 2026, she is a proud citizen of the world — and that is what you hear in her songs.

Mums in Music. In 2026 Lola was featured in Classical Music Magazine UK, reflecting on motherhood and artistic identity: “We need to call time on women having to be like men to succeed.” The article introduced Mums in Music, her initiative for visibility and opportunities for mothers in the profession.
